intros
your intros should be posted in saratoga within 72 hours of acceptance into the community. your intro can be literally anything you'd like so long as it's interactive. be creative! you don't have to go the traditional route if you don't want to. you cannot post and run so be sure to reply to all of the comments you've received.

hiatuses
all hiatus requests will be granted in 1 to 2 week increments. you must give a date (month, day) that you will check in with us by. we will grant an extra week if you need more time once you've checked in.

removals
you will be removed if your flist is out of date more than one week. we post it on the fp with every set of adds so there's no excuse for neglecting it. removals will be done after both activity checks and at the end of the month. you will have plenty of time to comment activity checks and we will re-announce them many times before they end in pbads and on the fp. other removals will happen if you are caught breaking any other rules (no apps, harassment, etc).

pb changes
when requesting to change your pb be sure to check the application post before commenting. if someone apped with the pb you want to change to before you ask, they will get the pb. do not change your pb until we have approved the change and made the change on the taken list. be sensitive to race and ethnicity when changing pbs. if your character is a poc, you cannot change to a white pb or swap ethnicities/races.
